Thank you to IDS displays in Australia for sending in some photos of a recent T3 stand. The photos are great… especially the bird’s eye view shot which really helps to show the scale and creative layout of the stand. If only we could always receive photos of this kind! Thanks again for sending them in. Please continue to do so as we can all take advantage of them.

Dear all,

Please take the time to briefly read through some T3 International news.

Jonathan Evitt has recently returned from a successful trip to China representing the T3 Range.  The priority for the trip was to monitor legal action on numerous copyright infringements, as well as attend the Sign Show in Shanghai to identify industry developments and competition.

1). Successful legal action;

We are happy to announce that the outcome of the legal action against Assab has been successful. They were the most aggressive exporters of all the Chinese copiers. they also sold t3 to other Chinese companies who exported it as well. So this is a very significant success.
This result means another fake is off the market and this success will act as a deterrent to current or future infringements. We are currently fighting, together with our Chinese partners, Lingtel, a further 8 actions. We expect another two positive results soon.
So you can see that we are fighting hard to protect the brand.

2). Copiers at the Sign Show.

This is more good news. There were only 4 stands showing t3 copies, compared to 14 last year. They were also only showing counters and shelving, compared to last year when whole stands were built out of the copies. Clearly a significant reduction in number of fakes and copies which is good news for all for us! It shows that our aggressive legal actions are working.

3). No competition;
There were no new products on display that were any competition at all to t3. In fact there were no new products at the show  which I was able to identify at all.

4). What was at the Show

There were a lot of stands showing bent metal frames with “fabric sleeves”. Fabric is becoming more and more popular, just like at the Exhibitor Show in Las Vegas this year.

Overall the trip has been successful for the T3 System which is great news for all of us involved.

Kind Regards,

Tecna Display Ltd

T3 INNOVATION

The twist-in shelf support; an accessory suitable for Channel, Fusion and Ultralite beams, is very easy to use and like all of our range requires no tools to construct. In contrast to the wooden alternative it does not require ‘notching’ on the corners which takes time and energy. With the Twist-In shelf support the shelf sits flush against the surrounding beams maximising space. Each shelf would need one ‘twist-in shelf support’ on each beam; the shelves can support a reasonable amount of weight safely and securely.
